What you’ll do:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting customers during the loaner car process and during transaction process
• Providing the highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Ensuring that loaner vehicles are checked out and returned according to company policies
• Making sure that ready and returned vehicles are cleaned and have adequate fuel for the next customer
• Ensuring that customers are charged appropriately for any damage, moving violations, tickets, and fuel usage
• Coordinate the organization and maintenance of our loaner cars
• Ensuring loaner cars are delivered to service area when required
• Filing documentation with insurance or state or federal agency and in accordance with company policies
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

• Previous car rental or insurance replacement experience is preferred
• Valid Unrestricted Driver's license
• Excellent customer care skills, including the ability to resolve customer related issues in a professional manner
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work with people of various professional backgrounds
• Desire to succeed
• Strong computer skills
• Flexible schedule
• Willingness to work Saturdays
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
